We collect information provided to us via our payment processor(s) during any purchases.

We may receive data from Pace Anti-Piracy during the license activation process if your purchase is authorised via Pace Anti-Piracy.

We may receive data from third-party organisations if they have received your consent for your information to be shared with third-parties for marketing or other purposes.

The type of information we hold

Your name, the email address associated the account used for purchases and your address as provided to us by the payment processor(s), and/or that you enter in the checkout form.

How do we use your information?

Your name and email address is used for the purposes of completing license fulfilment, product registration and informing you of updates to the purchased product and other related LiquidSonics products. Your address is used for validation of proper VAT payments (i.e. country detection) when making payments to the UK/EU tax collection authorities.

Sharing your information

Your name and country of residence will be shared with our chartered accountants (PBA Group) for the purposes of making the proper VAT payments to the UK/EU tax collection authorities.

Your email address may be shared with other business entities in the event that LiquidSonics Ltd is acquired by another company.

Your details will be shared with Reverb Foundry Ltd.

If you have selected to opt-in to any newsletters or promotional mailings you may receive emails from LiquidSonics about third party products that we feel you may be interested in.

We do not share any other personal information with any other organisation or individual.

You may contact LiquidSonics via the support form on our website. LiquidSonics may make contact with you via email using the address you provide via the payment processor or checkout form.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR LIQUIDSONICS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS 

By using this software you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or redistribute the software or content. The software is the copyright of LiquidSonics (or its suppliers) and it is licensed to you, not sold or given.

You will not:
– Redistribute the software or associated documentation to any other person or third party
– Make available the software in any way other than directly through publicly linked resources of www.liquidsonics.com
– Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software
– Rent or lease the software
– Break any applicable laws regarding use of the software
– Hold LiquidSonics or any associated individual directly or indirectly responsible for any damages or losses
– Make publicly available any license authorisation provided to you in order to use the full version of the software

This software is licensed via iLok. You are responsible for the payment of any costs associated with use of PACE Anti-Piracy technology or services as may be required now in the future in order to use any demo, ‘not for resale’ or full commercial license for the activation and continued use of the software license. This may include but is not limited to:
– Hardware dongles (e.g. iLok 2 or iLok 3)
– ZDT (zero down time) or ZDT TLC (theft and loss coverage) services
– iLok Cloud access fees or any other iLok Cloud services
– License transfer and any other administration fees (e.g. due to loss, requests for license revocation, etc)
– Internet access charges

LiquidSonics reserves the right to withdraw access to software licensing via iLok Cloud with 60 days notice (given via the email address on record for you and via the liquidsonics.com website).

The software is provided ‘as is’ without any expressed or implied warranty of any kind, including (but not limited to) any expression of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We offer no guarantee of support although requests for support should be directed through our website (www.liquidsonics.com).
